Kevin Federline gets up early to head over to Target in West Hollywood with his girlfriend Victoria Prince to shop for a few gifts on June 13, 2010. Looks like Victoria got a few things for herself during the trip and the two went back home to get ready for their friend's party this afternoon.

Spears's dad meets on kids' custody

Jamie Spears has reportedly met with an LA County Superior Court Judge to discuss the custody of his daughter Britney Spears's two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
According to Radar Online, the meeting included Jamie's attorney, Britney's court-appointed attorney, and Andrew Wallet, who, along with Spears's father, is co-conservator over the singer.
A source revealed that during the meeting a child custody evaluation was allegedly filed, while a child custody expdrt was brought in because of the singer's mental health issues.
Federline still has sole custody of their two children, which will not change while Spears is under a conservatorship.
The next scheduled status hearing for Spears is to be held on July 27, 2010.
