Kevin ignited the back-and-forth when he did a recent interview with DailyMail, a portion of which was posted Saturday, where he claimed Britney's kids haven't seen their mom in months, skipped her wedding to Sam and are put off by her partially nude social media posts.Britney and Sam fired a return salvo, ripping K-Fed for talking about her relationship with her kids in public and claiming he's out of work and living off child support payments.Kevin's attorney took issue with Britney and Sam's coordinated attack ... he claims K-Fed and his wife Victoria work 24/7 to keep Sean and Jayden out of the limelight and says there's no negative words against Britney or Sam in Kevin's household.Kaplan says Britney should appreciate how much time Kevin logs being a parent and refutes the notion K-Fed is out of work, though he doesn't say what his job is outside of being a full-time dad.While Kaplan says Sam just doesn't know Kevin well enough to attack him, he says K-Fed understands Sam is Britney’s new hubby, which means Sam is not going to take a position against her.

Kevin Federline Says Britney Spears’ Pregnancy Claims are False, Lawyer Delivers Threat
Kevin Federline is just not too happy about Britney Spears‘ newest salvo — that he would not see her when she was pregnant — and his lawyer has delivered a not-so-veiled menace, saying her account is fake.
Attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was leaving Craig’s Thursday evening, when a photog requested about Brit’s most up-to-date submit, the place she says, “… geez my ex-husband wouldn’t see me when I flew to New York with a baby inside me and Las Vegas when he was shooting a video!!!”
Kaplan referred to as her out, saying her account “is completely the opposite of what’s true, she knows that,” including this warning … “She should be very careful about pursuing a dialogue that’s based on revisionist history.”
In case that menace was too indirect, Kaplan acquired extra particular … “That story about Kevin in Las Vegas and Britney is completely erroneous, and he’s not going to stand by and let that story besmirch what he did and his support of her back in the day.”
Kaplan says this has nothing to do with jealousy, including Kevin believes Britney has each proper to pursue her relationship with Sam Asghari, however then provides, “But when she starts talking about the way things were when Jayden and Preston were infants that’s completely fabricated. Kevin is not going to let that stand by and let that be the portrayal of fact.”
