Kevin was hospitalized over the weekend after a heart scare during a challenge for Excess Baggage, an Australian reality TV weight loss show.
E! News got an update on K-Fed's improving condition from the company that produces the show...
He got an all clear from the doctors and was allowed to go home. Good news!
So what sent him to the hospital in the first place?
The 33-year-old and producers of Excess Baggage became concerned with his extreme pulse rate and abnormal heart rate during a Week 6 challenge.
The show's medic took action, called an ambulance and Federline was rushed to the hospital as a "precautionary measure.
Late last year while working on the show, Federline was also hospitalized for "heat stress."
And while the backup dancer-turned-reality star seems to be on the mend, producers tell us Federline plans to undergo further tests with a cardiologist.
